Entry Requirement
1) Open to all foreigners and Chinese
2) Videos are involved in news in China or other countries. Besides, all video should be recorded from now to2018.10.18.
3) All competitors are required to name the files of entries with personal name, program name as well as phone number or other contact ways.
4) The video should be within 2 minutes. Participants should keep the original entry for verification.
5) The video shall be authentic, creative and original.

1) First prize, Second prize, Third prize and the Award for Popularity and participating prize.

3) Awards (highest prizes worth 3000RMB) and Medals

2)Professionals will appraise and select all entries according to works' content and network vote result.
