A new wine-themed complex in Yinchuan, the Ningxia Hui autonomous region, was opened to the public on Tuesday, as the wine-producing region in Northwest China continues to attract global attention.

China's cross-border e-commerce has seen robust growth in recent years, injecting fresh impetus into the country's foreign trade and delivering global dividends. "The development of China's cross-border e-commerce has always adhered to an innovation-driven development strategy," said Xiao Lu, an official with the Ministry of Commerce, noting that the country has deepened its international cooperation in the sector.

"We spoke about China having some of the youngest customers around the world. They just keep getting younger," said Kim Airey, managing director of Bentley Motors Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.

Chinese electric vehicle startup Nio has partnered with State-owned Changan Automobile on developing battery-swapping technology, marking the first cooperation for Nio in its five years of investing in battery-swapping services. According to terms of the deal, which was signed last week, the collaboration will assist the formulation of standards for swappable batteries, build and share the battery swapping network, develop swappable vehicles and establish a battery asset management mechanism.

China will maintain the stability and smooth flows of global industrial and supply chains in a firm manner, according to an initiative released by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) on Tuesday. The Beijing Initiative for the Connectivity of Industrial and Supply Chains was publicized by Ren Hongbin, president of the CCPIT, at the opening ceremony of the China International Supply Chain Expo and the Global Supply Chain Innovation and Development Forum in Beijing.
