当地时间7月16日，欧美工商会会长高滢带队拜访了荷兰龙泉大悲寺。龙泉大悲寺是中国内地汉传佛教在欧洲建立的第一个道场。这在中国与荷兰佛教友好交流史上具有里程碑意义。中国汉传佛教拥有悠久历史，佛教在海外信众中传播发展很快，龙泉大悲寺是汉传佛教在荷兰及欧洲弘扬与传播的场所、发展中荷、中欧人民友谊的纽带、沟通东西方文化的桥梁。

On July 16th local time, Gao Ying, chairwoman of the European American Chamber of Commerce & Industry, led a delegation to visit the Longquan Great Compassion Temple in Netherlands. Longquan Great Compassion Temple is the first Buddhist rites in Europe established by Chinese Buddhism in mainland China. This is of milestone significance in the history of friendly Buddhist exchanges between China and the Netherlands. Han Chinese Buddhism has a long history. Buddhism has been spreading and developing rapidly among overseas believers. Longquan Great Compassion Temple is a place where Chinese Buddhism is promoted and spread in the Netherlands and Europe, a link to develop friendship between the Chinese and Dutch, and between the Chinese and European people, and a bridge to link eastern and western cultures.

荷兰龙泉大悲寺建立于2015年，是在北京龙泉寺的支持下，得到荷兰华人民众的大力帮助而建立起来的，这是欧美工商会老会长、荷兰侨领胡志光多年的心愿。2014年，56位华侨骨干在荷兰乌得勒支市共同购置了一幢700多平方米的物业，作为筹建佛教寺庙荷兰龙泉大悲寺的基地，吸引了众多信众参加。老会长怀有建立寺庙的愿望很久，并且一直为此努力。建立龙泉大悲寺既弘扬了佛法，扩大了中国文化在海外的影响，也是为侨界活动提供场地，为新一代华侨积福和造福。

The Longquan Great Compassion Temple in the Netherlands was established in 2015 with the support of the Longquan Temple in Beijing and the great help of the Chinese people in the Netherlands. This has been the wish of Hu Zhiguang for many years, the former chairman of the European American Chamber of Commerce & Industry and leader of the Dutch overseas Chinese community. In 2014, 56 overseas Chinese backbone jointly purchased a property of more than 700 square meters in Utrecht, the Netherlands, as a base for preparing to build the Dutch Longquan Great Compassion Temple, a Buddhist temple, which attracted many believers. The former chairman has a long desire to establish a temple and has been working hard towards it. The establishment of Longquan Great Compassion Temple not only promotes Buddhism and expands the influence of Chinese culture overseas, but also provides a venue for overseas Chinese activities, accumulating blessings and benefiting the new generation of overseas Chinese.

 同时，高会长也看望了胡志光老会长和寺内法师，这是疫情结束后高滢会长首次前往欧洲，她与老会长交流商会发展现状，并亲切问候了老会长的身体情况，祝福老会长健康长寿。

At the same time, Chairwoman Ms.Gao also visited former chairman Hu Zhiguang and the Buddhist monk in the temple. This was chairwoman Gao Ying's first visit to Europe after the epidemic. She communicated with the former chairman about the development status of EAcham and warmly greeted former chairman's physical condition, wishing him good health and longevity.
