欧美工商会会长高滢访问荷兰期间与荷兰侨界老中青年领袖们聚会，共同探讨如何区分商会与侨务工作，并双向并举，共同发展。老一辈侨领们的传承让新一代的年轻的侨领们，在结合了海外与中国的特点之后突飞猛进地发展，体现出这一代年轻侨领的本地化优势，他们善于利用当地政府的政策与法律制度，在老一辈0-1原始积累的基础上，实现了从1-10的发展。

During the visit to the Netherlands, the Chairwoman of the European American Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Gao Ying, gathered with senior, middle-aged, and young leaders of the Dutch overseas Chinese community to discuss how to distinguish between chambers of commerce and overseas Chinese affairs, and to work together in both directions for common development. The inheritance of the older generation of overseas Chinese leaders has enabled the new generation of young overseas Chinese leaders to develop rapidly by combining the characteristics of other countries and China, reflecting the localization advantages of this generation of young overseas Chinese leaders. They are good at utilizing local government policies and legal systems, and have achieved development from 1 to 10 on the basis of the original accumulation of the older generation from 0 to 1.
